I’m Kelsey Barrans and I am running to represent District 1 on the Pierce County Council.

I am someone who puts listening first. Whether I’m at work supporting students at Green River College, serving on my local Soroptimist International board, or just chatting with my neighbors, I want to hear what they have to say.

And now I want to listen to the residents of District 1 and bring their voice to the Pierce County Council. I’m ready to listen and accomplish goals that best meet the needs of our community.
